JKS Towing collects information you voluntarily submit—such as your name, phone number, vehicle, location, destination, and service details—to respond to a towing or roadside-service request.
We may contact you by call or text about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Calls to the JKS Towing Support number may be answered by an AI voice assistant. The assistant can collect the same request details described above. Dispatch must still confirm service, pricing, timing, and driver assignment.
When you arrive from an advertisement or tagged link, the site may retain only whitelisted campaign parameters such as Google click identifiers and UTM values for the browser session. The stored landing page excludes its query string. These values may be attached to a service request so advertising can be measured against qualified or completed jobs.
Service-request data may be shared with dispatch, drivers, and service providers only as needed to respond, operate the service, prevent abuse, measure advertising, or meet legal requirements.
